Pillsbury Real Estate launches new customer service program that puts “Premier Service” pledge in writting.

TYLER, TEXAS – April 7, 2004 PILLSBURY Real Estate announced today that it has created and launched a new business program unlike any other real estate company’s: it guarantees in writing the steps sales associates will take on behalf of their home buyers and sellers.

“Our Premier Service program was created following extensive marketing research that revealed what customers really want from a real estate transaction: value and control,” said Bill Pillsbury, broker/owner of PILLSBURY Real Estate. “They want value when measured against the commission they pay; and they want the feeling of control that comes from being informed about and involved in all aspects of the home-buying and selling process. We’re willing to even ask our customers to survey us after the transaction and tell us how we did.”

PILLSBURY Real Estate is the only local real estate company to offer its buyers and sellers a written commitment to provide premier service. As a result of this commitment, Real Estate sales associates pledge to serve as their customers’ trusted advisor, skilled negotiator and expert facilitator.

An integral aspect of the Real Estate Premier Service program is its customer satisfaction survey. Through this program, Real Estate customers are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they received. Once completed, the surveys are tabulated and enable PILLSBURY Real Estate to document a track record of superior service.

The Relocation and Corporate Services Department of P, now under the leadership of Dana Johnson, Director of Business Development Relocation & Referral Director, the department plays an increasingly significant role as P responds to the rapidly changing landscape of the real estate brokerage industry. The current range of services provided throughout the Greater Tyler area include:

• Servicing the needs of local and national corporations with their relocating employees
• Developing corporate affinity services with local and national employers and organizations.
• An “A” team of sales associates well trained in referral and relocation skills
• Servicing broker referrals from within our company, and to our company from Realtors outside the Pillsbury
